President

Robert J. Lepper is the founder and president of New Electric, Inc., which was established in 1988.

From 1983 to 1987 Mr. Lepper was a corporate officer of Howe Electric Inc., and was an architect of the company's growth from $3 million to over $20 million in annual volume.

Prior to joining Howe Electric he enjoyed a successful career in the aerospace and pharamceutical industries.

Mr. Lepper is a registered Professional Engineer for the state of California, (Mechanical). He also holds these contractor licenses in California:

• C-10 Electrical
• C-20 HVAC
• C-39 Refrigeration

He graduated from Fresno State College in 1964 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, 1980.

Robert Lepper is an active instrument rated, multi-engine private pilot.
